Lisanna would still be in Edolas if she is not killed in the fighting. The Magnolia Lacrima is used to kill the Exceeds, and everyone who was converted to lacrima is killed. Without the Phantom Lord arc, he's still a member of that guild and nowhere near Magnolia. Everyone in Magnolia who goes to Edolas are definitely screwed, as Lucy was not only one of the key elements in getting the help from Edolas!FT, she's also the reason Gajeel was there to stand with Natsu and Wendy against the king's dragon-mech. The ancient mind-warping superweapon is reactivated, and Brain possibly replaced any losses from the fighting with mind-warped former good guys. The Oracion Seis likely succeed, as without Erza (killed at the Tower), there's no leadership in the allied forces that everybody will listen to, and several members of the Allied Forces that originally mustered (Erza, Lucy, Lyon & co) were not present. Deliora may be awoken just a bit earlier than in canon without their interference, and slaughters everyone present on the island before he crumbles. Lyon & co most likely never join a proper guild, as without the good impression left by the FT mages, he never thinks about it. He may not even take the request, as getting Lucy the key was one of the major factors in him picking it (or at least the way he decided to bribe someone to go with him). W/o Lucy, Natsu gets jumped by Gray at the port and does not make it to the island, meaning Erza had no reason to go, either. The Galuna demons would most likely be dead thanks to Lyon's dumbassery with the Deliora arc, either dead by fighting back against Lyon's group or dead by the fact they were killing the people who fell into despair/went mad. Mira never gets her magic back, thanks to no Fairy Festival brawl leading to the fight between Freed and Elf, since there was no Phantom Lord arc causing Juvia/Gajeel to join, thus setting off Laxus' Big-Boy Epic Temper Tantrum. Laxus takes over the guild to most likely disastrous results, resulting in a toxic environment & people leaving. Makarov and the other guild masters may or may not be dead, as without Virgo to dig a tunnel & get them out of that train station surrounded by a tornado, N/G/E might not be able to stop the Lullaby assassination plot in time & it's Erigor that has the flute instead of the dude Makarov was able to talk down. Jellal's plan goes off without a hitch, and possibly results in the Tower exploding so hard it wipes out the entire region it's in (I forget how big the boom from that was supposed to be). Erza'd likely be ambushed by her former companions at some point where she'd be alone, as without Lucy around the events that let the main four become friends did not happen & Natsu & Gray are still petrified of her. In fact, without the events of Loke's story, they aren't at the casino together anyway. Erza would probably be dead, as without the Phantom Lord arc, Juvia's not there at the casino to get Natsu and Gray to the Tower in time. Loke would definitely be dead, as w/o Lucy to plead his case to the CSK, he'd simply die of whatever kills spirits in the human world.
